Take the risk. You got this - be fearless.

Taking a risk doesn’t guarantee that everything will work out exactly as planned. But sometimes, you have to take the chance to find out what’s possible.

Starting Bright Harbor Counseling was a big leap for me. There were plenty of questions and plenty of uncertainty, but I knew I wouldn’t know what could come from it unless I actually tried. So I went for it, and tried.

Recently, I welcomed my first client. Without sharing anything about their story, I can say that moment made the risk feel real—and worth it. I had a lot to lose, but you never know what you can lose until you try it.

It reminded me that we often spend so much time worrying about what could go wrong that we forget to consider what could go right. Living in that mentality will never serve you. Take a deep breath, turn your fear into small steps, and make an action plan. You don’t have to have everything figured out before taking the next step. Sometimes you just have to trust yourself enough to try

Go for it. You might be surprised by what comes from taking that chance. Remind yourself, “You’ve got this.” And if things don’t go exactly as planned, remember that you were willing to try. A lot of people never take that first step. Having the courage to take the shot, regardless of the outcome, is something to be proud of.

Grounded in who you are. Guided by where you're going.

Bright Harbor Will Show You The Way.
